All sales final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check sizes and product details before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email business@castlegrey.co within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos.

If we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes paid on delivery are charged by the authorities of your country, not by Castle Grey Studios.
