1. About

cana.castlegrey.co ("the store") sells CANA, a capsule line by Castle Grey Studios (registered in Nigeria).

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell the CANA : 02 Mesh Practice Jersey, 100% polyester, in sizes M and L. We try to show products accurately; colours may look different on different screens.

Stock is limited. We may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in CHF (Switzerland, Europe & UK, United States, Rest of World) or NGN (Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa).
  • Castle Grey Studios is not registered for Swiss VAT and does not charge VAT.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
  • Import duties and taxes charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility.
  • Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order applies.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when it ships. Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

You can cancel your order by emailing business@castlegrey.co before it ships. Once it has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for damaged, defective or wrong items.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the store, including the CANA and Castle Grey names, logos, designs, images and text, belongs to Castle Grey Studios or its licensors. Do not use it without written permission.

8. Use of the store

Do not misuse the store, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, or placing fraudulent orders.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Castle Grey Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
